How to send a release

Choose New release in your dashboard. The form has five steps, and your draft saves itself as you go:

1. Release — cover art, title, version, release type, primary artist, label name, genre, language, release date and the ℗ and © lines.
2. Tracks — upload your audio, give each track a title and version, and set Explicit and YouTube Content ID for each one.
3. Credits — who performed, wrote and produced each track.
4. Distribution — an optional editorial pitch. Every release goes to every store, worldwide.
5. Review — check everything and choose Submit.

Release types are Single, EP, Album and Compilation. Versions are chosen from a list (Remix, Live, Acoustic, Instrumental, Radio Edit, Extended Mix, Original Mix, Club Mix, Remastered, Slowed, Sped Up, Acapella, Demo, Clean), so there are no spelling mistakes.

The quality check on the right shows anything that would stop the release before you submit.
